I accidentally hit a key combo on the laptop keyboard while in the background rack view (it had a whole host of routings) and all of these were cleared and all that is available now is an “Add Group” button? I cannot get back any way to route anything any more.
How do I get this back?
How about getting out of the Binding view back to Routing view? 
Key commands: CTRL-D for Binding view, CTRL-I for Routing view.

yep I already tried alternating between the two - been caught out before forgetting I was in one and not the other.
In the end I just deleted the background rack from the folder and started again.
it’s just that this “Add Group” button only appeads in the Bindings view - no routes there…
