You really want to know about me. You’ll be sorry.

So I was born pretty young and have done my best to stay young since.

Seriously though, I’ve had many interests and careers in my life. Among them were printer, reproduction photographer, regular photographer, then back into electronics (I’d been building electronic gear from about age 12). I stayed in analog electronics which included some oceanography in order to test our equipment. I stayed in the analog world for about 5 years then transferred to embedded computer development, then into software development and eventually managing a software development team. I stayed in that field for 17 years until I burned out. I then started an internet business specializing in media streaming which which was very new at that time (mid 90’s). This include audio and video streaming when it was still in its infancy. When the dot com crash came my business pretty much crashed with it. I decided it was time to change direction again and moved into human services where I cared for people with cognitive disabilities. I stayed in that field until I retired at 66 when my last client died.

Now I dabble in what ever catches my fancy that day. At the moment I’m back playing in the audio world primarily because my doctor changed his practice to telemedicine and my system audio out was so bad he could hardly hear my mic. Hello Voicemeeter and Cantabile. So here I am.

I’m not even going to start on hobbies. If you’ve read to this point you are probably exhausted and besides “And I’m sure it wouldn’t Interest anybody, outside of a small circle of friends”. (thank you Phil Ochs)

Isn’t ADD fun?
