The Host Application Cantabile did not reload the plugin HALion Sonic.vst3

Hi Guys,

I’m new to Cantabile so apologies if this has already been covered; I did have a look but could only find a short thread on the Steinberg site which didn’t resolve m issue.

I’m running the 64-bit version of Cantabile Solo, version 4.0 Build 4140 on Windows 11; I have the usual plugins NI Kontakt 7, Arturia Labs, UVI Workstation and HALion Sonic.

Occasionally when changing from one song to another song which has the HALion Sonic plugin loaded I get the following error; are there any changes I can make to prevent this from happening?

Have you tried experimental build 4151 released today? I think this should be fixed.

So far so good with the latest build, there’s so much going on under the hood, but it’s definitely time well spent. The video tutorials are invaluable too!

Maybe this will also solve my issues with Halion?

I’ve seen this loading message too.

It should help with Halion. Not sure about Kontakt - maybe.
