I see for many other products that the marketing is way more important than the quality of the product. I can count several products where the bugs are never fixed, but still I see their banners or news items everywhere.
Not so for Cantabile, where Brad is completely devoted to the quality and programming and meanwhile not hyping the product. The way it should be and I love it.
But it’s clear Brad doesn’t have the time for marketing and promoting.
So maybe it would be intresting if we all started making more promo on other sites as KVR or GearSlut etc?
I already made a review on KVR and hav eput C3 in my signature on some forums.
I see also product comparing sites as these might be intresting?
After all we all want C3 to grow in the benefit of us all isn’t it?
What do you guys think?
Of course
that’s why I linked him.
I was also thinking about the last stickers action, so this might add to it.
Anyway it’s never a bad idea to make publicity I guess.
Or maybe if Brad shouldn’t be able to handle the flood of sales that he must stop the development for a while
Of course I’m all for spreading the word about Cantabile. I’m not a big fan of paid advertising because it can be expensive and the results can be terrible but I do plan to invest some more in this area this year.
The best kind of advertising is word of mouth though - so anything you guys can do to spread the word is fine by me. The main thing I would say is not to invade the forums of competitive or similar products - that would be in poor form.
Yes, I see what you mean here
I just try to spread the word on other forums whenever I can, because not often I find Cantabile on the big forums, and I think it’s a shame. PC music users are really missing the goodies here and loosing their time on other useless software. I can tell
Also, it would help the PC community allot further to have this trustworthy software.
