In C2 where are global midi assignments stored?

Trying to establish backup protocol for a backup gigging laptop. So which file should I copy over in order to copy my global midi assignments?

Also, while I’m at it, does anyone know offhand where Kontakt 4 free player config files are? On the backup laptop I lost the cc mapping and values. Done some searches and not finding anything helpful.

I did seem to get everything else OK, and most importantly my audio interface showed up correctly, I jsut had to select it on one session and then it kept that setting for all other sessions.

FWIW I think these aren’t huge issues, I’m still double-checking my protocol but I think that once I make the changes noted above on the Backup laptop everything will be good. Although these 2 items arelnt’ likely to need changing, just in case I make more of these global changes on my Primary it would be nice to be 100% certain everything is mirrored properly.

You can find these settings by going Options -> Resources -> Diagnostics and clicking the Find Log File button.

All global settings are stored in settings.ini and VstCache.ini.

Be aware however this will copy all global settings - audio driver settings, MIDI settings, global MIDI assignments etc…
