The easiest way would be to use transport position triggers:
Alternatively, you can “bake in” state switching commands (CC messages) into your MIDI files and use a filtered route (that only lets those “next state” commands through from your media player to “Loopback - Main Keyboard”. Now create a binding that reacts to those CC messages and switches states. Here is a suggestion I made to another user before transport triggers were built in:
