Can i extract/save midi tracks and audio tracks to standard formats:: wav, mid
If you record the media files with Cantabile they are saved as WAV or WAV64 for audio and saved in the recording set folder you have chosen. The same applies to MIDI files, they are saved in one of 4 formats shown here. The recording area of Options is where you set the file formats for WAV and/or MIDI.
You need at least Cantabile SOLO to have Media Players and recording if I recall correctly.
