New UA Apollo Twin MK II Thunderbolt ASIO support?

Hi Brad,

Just bought a new Apollo MKII, but in my version of Cantabile (3.0.3277) there does not appear to be an appropriate ASIO driver found.

C3 drives the thunderbolt WSAPI out just fine, but there are no inputs available from the Apollo Twin.

Is this a Cantabile issue or should I redirect back to UA?

Was there a specific ASIO driver with it that other DAW aps are able to see, and did you make sure you’ve updated to the latest one??

Hi FredProgGH, after I couldn’t get C3 to work, I d/l’d Reaper and same thing which points to a UA driver issue.

Just to clarify - Cantabile doesn’t support WASAPI for audio input at the moment.

But there are ASIO-drivers available in Cantabile in your first screenshot. I’d try the USB-driver (although it’s connected through thunderbolt). Also check for the latest drivers for your mainboard.

OK, I had to completely uninstall (not repair) the UA installer, then reinstall. That fixed it in both C3 and Reaper.:sunglasses:
